Combination skin is undeniably the most common skin type. Those with combination skin typically have a more oily T-zone, while the rest of their skin is either dry or normal. Treating skin that is essentially two types in one is both challenging and fun. One more than the other until you get it under control…

Products
Product! Products are why I think combination skin is SO FUN. I love skincare products, they are truly my addiction and having combination skin means treating two ailments. Thus meaning, you need more products, honey! Although it can be tricky to figure out which needs more TLC, the best rule of thumb is to treat the worst area first. For example, if your oily T-zone is what is most bothering you, focus on using products to address that issue first.
Combination skin should only be exfoliated one or two times a week, and you should NEVER use products containing oils.
Multi-Masking: Your New Best Friend
Not sure how to multi-mask? It’s easy. Grab your favorite charcoal mask for that oily T-zone & a hydrating mask for the rest of your fact. First, apply the charcoal mask to ONLY your T-zone (nose and forehead). Next, apply your second mask to the remaining parts of your face. BOOM! You’re multi-masking.
